MARKETING! Say the word and the reactions range from excitement to fear to loathing. “What is marketing?” “Why should I advertise?” “I’ have done some in the past and found it expensive with poor results.” “To make it look professional takes too much time and money.” These are the terms we have heard by many dentists when ask how they market their services.

Marketing the services you offer to your patients need not be costly, mysterious and non-professional. Remember, marketing is every thing you and your team say and do that your patients see and hear from you.

Jeffrey Gitomer said: "When all else is equal people buy from people they like, know, and trust. When things are not equal they still buy from people they like, know, and trust.” 

This course will teach you how to communicate your message to the members of your marketing audience so that they know you, like you, and trust you, so that they will become lifelong patients.
