Too often, dentists are finding they are working harder than ever for less income. Many have realized their practice is not measuring up to the goals they had originally planned. This course introduces a system where protocols are put in place to address every encounter a dentist and his or her staff has with a patient. Then, team assignments are made and a monitoring system is established to maintain accountability.

The course answers the question, “Why is it so hard to have excellent clinical skills and at the same time have a successful thriving practice with above-average income?” Team accountability is the key.
